Letting Information/Price List
NOTE: Prices are per week from Friday to Friday

Price includes:
Electricity, cooker gas, hot water, use of tennis court, swimming pool (in summer months).
Additionally, linen with a weekly charge (bed linen and towels @£10 per person per week); consists of sheets, duvet cover, pillow cases, bath and hand towel (one per person), bath mat and tea cloths - but no bathing towels).
Rental Period:
Bookings are for a minimum of one week, commencing on Friday at 4pm - no earlier. Arrival time is between 4pm and 7pm. Please contact us if you wish to arrive later. Accommodation should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
Cleaning:
Guests are responsible for cleaning during their stay and leaving their accomodation clean and tidy on departure. In the event that more than the normal time is required to bring accommodation up to our standards, a deduction will be made from the damage deposit.
Cancellation:
You must inform us in writing should you have to cancel your holiday. You may pass on your booking to someone else with our wriiten agreement, or we will do our best to re-let.
Insurance:
It is a condition of letting that you have adequate holiday insurance for your personal liability. The use of the swimming pool, tennis court and all sports equipment is at your own risk.
